Please follow these steps to check your e.Stream data balance
Q. How can I change the password of my device?

  • While being connected to the device,
  • Go to your web browser,
  • Input into the URL bar,
  • You will be asked for your username and password,
  • FOR WIFI – Look at the back on your LTE device and provide the information requested.
    FOR MIFI – Disconnect the battery from your LTE device to view the username and password information located inside the device. (Note: This information is case-sensitive)
  • Once you’re logged in, click on the Wireless tab,
  • Afterwards, click on the Wireless Security Settings tab to make changes to your LTE device.
  • Remember to click on Save after you are done.
  • Restart your device for the changes to take effect.
