Please follow these steps to check your e.Stream data balance.

- Enter your User ID: ( If not known, contact customer care at 09080009999 or 09087836987)
- Enter your Password: (Same as user id)
- Go to: My Account
- Click on: Data Allowance
Q. How can I change the password of my device?
- While being connected to the device,
- Go to your web browser,
- Input 192.168.100.1 into the URL bar,
- You will be asked for your username and password,
- FOR WIFI – Look at the back on your LTE device and provide the information requested.
FOR MIFI – Disconnect the battery from your LTE device to view the username and password information located inside the device. (Note: This information is case-sensitive)
- Once you’re logged in, click on the Wireless tab,
- Afterwards, click on the Wireless Security Settings tab to make changes to your LTE device.
- Remember to click on Save after you are done.
- Restart your device for the changes to take effect.
